This simple studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to two people. Located in a nice building between Las Ramblas and Via Laietana, this flat is ideally loacted in the city center. Decorated with a charming, almost western-style design, this apartment is always welcoming to the eye.... 

You will find a good amount of natural sunlight entering through the windows during the day, illuminating the spacious living area and kitchen. The sofa doubles as a bed, and is very comfortable both day and night. You can even walk out to the balcony and further onto the terrace to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or nightcap at your leisure.

The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped. You have a long separating counter between the living area and cooking area, where you can enjoy some tapas and wine while socializing, or place your ingredients while cooking a nice meal.

In the bathroom, you will find storage space, a shower, sink, and toilet. Everything is decorated with a sleek and funky design, with clean tiles to finish off for a modern look.

The location of this studio is perfect for those who wish to be in the heart of Barcelona. You will find yourself within walking distance of an endless array of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. If walking is not your favourite activity, rest assured, public transportation is in close proximity.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, equipped with iron and hairdryers, which we used every day, access to the apartment was very easy with the digital key app. We also liked the location of the apartment very much, 10 minutes walk from Park Güell, 5 minutes from the bus stop, there are shops everywhere, including a 24/7 store, which is 6-7 minutes walk away.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.... 

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. Apartamento muito limpo e organizado, bom para grupos grandes de pessoas. Anfitrião respondia rapidamente sempre que consultado. Única observação é que se for para se locomover por metrô terá uma subida bastante íngreme de aproximadamente 700 metros para quando retornar ao apartamento (se estiver com crianças e idosos pode dificultar) porém tem ônibus bem perto. No geral muito bom e recomendamos.

AB Apartment’s team was responsive and helpful. The place is nice, with comfortable spaces and peaceful. The neighborhood feels very local. Wir waren 7 Personen und das Apartment war für uns wirklich perfekt. Die U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Bus auch und der Bunkers de Carmel (Berg). Alles in allem war es wirklich sehr schön und die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Auch wusste man sofort alles was man tun und machen darf. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Many thanks for our staying in apartment! It is placed near Park Guel, highly on the hill, with great views, but easy enough to reach this zone with public transport. The apartments totally corresponds to the description on the website (even better and more spacious). Here you could find everything you need. The apartment us stylish and convenient. A large spacious, apartment. With great storage. and a lovely kitchen with absolutely everything you could need for a self catering holiday. In a good area, right next to Parc Quell. With good access to public transport. And local shops, including a fishmonger, for everything needed for authentic self catering. The balcony was a joy, big enough to sit on, and watch the world go by.
