El Raval is one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Barcelona, while Sant Antoni (within the Eixample neighbourhood) is one of the city´s more up and coming districts known for its hip drinking spots and coffee shops. The apartment is just one minute from Sant Antoni market which is one of the most characteristic markets in the city and has been recently reopened after four years of renovation work, and five minutes from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of Barcelona´s biggest avenues which runs through the centre of the city.
