The living room is complete with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a dining area. The space leads to a balcony, where you can relax and breathe in the neighborhood atmosphere.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle and, coffee maker, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

There are 2 bedrooms, both providing plenty of space for rest. There is a complete bathroom with a shower and a WC. An extra toilet and a washer offer added convenience.

Located in the lively Sant Antoni neighborhood, this apartment is just a 12-minute walk from the famous Mercat de la Boqueria and a 24-minute metro ride to Barceloneta Beach. The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. L'accueil au bureau est très agréable et courtois. Appartement lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Séjour en février, l'appartement a une clim réversible donc pas de souci de chauffage. Le métro est vraiment à côté (station CLOT). l'appartement est super calme. Coté cuisine, il y a ce qu'il faut : four, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière (à l'italienne), machine à laver, grand frigo / congel. Nombreux rangements, fer à repasser, étendage...tout y est.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the commodities that we needed. Great with air conditioning and WiFi. The staff of AB Apartments were helpful and we felt secure that we could call them at any time if we needed anything or if we had questions.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist ideal gelegen, direkt bei U-Bahnstation "Clot", aber dennoch sehr ruhig am Abend, ideal für Familien. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
