The apartment can accommodate up to three people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave and kettle, as well as a cozy open-plan living-dining room with a TV. There are also TVs in both bedrooms.

The apartment has one full bathroom with shower and WC, plus a small WC with washing machine.

There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the property.

At the border of El Raval and Sant Antoni, this apartment has an unbeatable location. El Raval is one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighborhoods of Barcelona, while Sant Antoni (within Eixample) is one of the city’s emerging districts, known for its trendy cocktail bars and cafés. The apartment is only one minute from the Mercat de Sant Antoni, one of the city’s most iconic markets recently reopened after four years of renovation, and five minutes from the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of Barcelona’s largest avenues crossing the city center.

NOTE: The property is also for sale. Access must be provided for commercial visits coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city's main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it's recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. Additionally, due to its central location and high tourist influx, Raval can be somewhat noisy and busy, particularly on some of its main streets.
