The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. A washing machine is also available for convenience.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom is double and includes a TV. The second bedroom has a single bed and a desk, ideal for working. The third bedroom also has a single bed. Additionally, there is 1 full bathroom with shower and WC and 1 additional WC only.
Located in the heart of Barcelona, you will be just a 1-minute walk from the famous Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you can find a wide variety of local products. There are also cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can easily explore the rest of the city.
NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be provided for commercial visits coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.
This apartment is fully managed by AB. This means that our professional team takes care of cleaning the accommodation after every check-out and handling the apartment’s maintenance. In addition, you will have access to local support available 365 days a year, assisting you before, during and after your stay to ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.
