This 3 bedroom apartment is situated just a few minutes from Gaudí´s famous Sagrada Família. Surrounding the apartment you will find countless great bars, restaurants and cafés as well a number of supermarkets. There is a bus stop nearby and the metro is just outside of the apartment, meaning you will be well connected to the rest of Barcelona like the beach and the Old Town easily! ... 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare your favourite, home-cooked meals. For your convenience, this apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, TV and an Internet connection. There are also 2 bathrooms in this apartment.

Complete with air conditioning and heaters, this Barcelona apartment is the ideal home-away-from-home at any time of the year!

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. What you see in the pictures is what you get in the end. + - Everything was as described in the advertisement - one bathroom each in the 2 bedrooms - you have everything around the corner (max. 7 minutes walk to supermarkets, metro, restaurants) - Appartment was very clean with a cute welcome & cleaning package - staff respond within a few seconds and is very helpful The price was ok compared with other appartments in Barcelona, which are very high for the size of the appartment you'll get. All in all, we can recommend a stay here.

Very nice apartment, clean and well located in a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, mini market and restaurants. The communication with the host was very good, a plus was the fact that we could leave our luggage at the office before checkin and after checkout. The small apartment is in a quiet, residential area, you can heard people walking on the stairs or outside so not completely quiet but decent. It was walkable to all the touristic areas about 20 minutes or you can take the train. It is close to a major street so there are a lot of stores and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walking and there is a bodega that close at 11:00 right across the street on the corner. Garbage containers are outside on the street, that is something we had to ask. We think it was too much money per day for what is offered, however, it was passover so we don’t know if that made it higher. It has just enough to stay but it is tight a big person wont be able to climb the 4 floors (first floor is after 3 flight of stairs, then another 3 flights on every floor) and the shower is tight too. Customer service was really good, very responsive, within the hour unless it was late, however, they have an emergency number for after hours. Keys are at another location.
