This modern apartment in Barcelona is the ideal place to stay for a family and/or groups of friends. It is located in a central area within walking distance to some of Barcelona´s top attractions, including the Sagrada Família, the Torre Agbar and the Ciutadella Park. Nearby you will also find countless bars, restaurants and cafés for your convenience and plenty of public transport links.... 

This comfortable apartment has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room boasts cozy seating and a TV, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. You can even stay connected to friends and family at home with this apartment´s WiFi connection.

Complete with heating and air conditioning, this is the perfect Barcelona apartment at any time of year.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The location is perfect, very close to the shops in the city center and the Diagonal metro station. The app is required to enter the apartment and it was easy to use. Communication with the owner was good before arrival, during our stay and even after we left the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The terraces were perfect and we had breakfast on the terrace every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms were large, with two sinks and a shower. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of towels.

The apartment is very spacious, the back balcony is amazing, you wouldn’t want to leave. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, although some of the rooms could get a bit of renovation. The back terrace was awesome and truly remains one of our favorite hang-out spot in the property. The place is nicely located within Barcelona, we loved the neighborhood, quite convenient with walkable access to decent restaurants and bars. Communication with the management team was great.
