The dining area is very spacious and includes a TV, sofa, and dining table with enough seating for everyone to dine together. This bright room is tastefully decorated and features a character wall that is also present in the bedrooms, highlighting the personality of this renovated apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare traditional Spanish dishes for your guests. It also features a long kitchen unit with a marble countertop. It is a very clean space with plenty of natural light. You will also find a microwave, kettle, and toaster to prepare breakfast before a day of sightseeing.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, offers a charming space. It is decorated with the same signature grey wall and bright modern furniture, including a bedside table. There is also ample storage space for your belongings. The other two bedrooms each feature two single beds, in spacious rooms with the same décor and artistic canvases. The two bathrooms are also newly renovated and include a shower.
The shared rooftop terrace offers stunning views over the entire city.
Located in Eixample, the apartment is within walking distance of some of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks. You are just 9 minutes on foot from the Sagrada Familia and 14 minutes from the Arc de Triomf, an ideal area for lovers of historic architecture. For fresh produce, the Mercat dels Encants is just 9 minutes away on foot, where you can buy local food and drinks.
IMPORTANT: The rooftop terrace is open to guests only from April to October (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00, sun loungers available). Please respect this shared area and keep it tidy. Additionally, renovation works are currently being carried out in the building, scheduled until mid-July. We kindly apologize for any inconvenience.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece.
