This 3-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated. It is located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood, just next to the lively Paral·lel Avenue. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available, it is the perfect place to spend a few days in the city of Barcelona.... 

The living-dining room receives natural light and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining table so you can enjoy your homemade meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher, as well as other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washing machine and an iron for your convenience.

The apartment has three bedrooms, all with enough storage space to store your belongings. Two of them are equipped with a desk, very useful for working. Additionally, from the master bedroom, you will have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower and a WC.

Located in Poble Sec, you will be in a lively area close to numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find Carrer de Blai, famous for its gastronomic atmosphere. Moreover, thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you will be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.... 

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

Great stay! Easy to find and very responsive when we couldn’t work out how to use the key! Lovely flat with everything we needed for the week. The location is great and a walkable distance from all the attractions, along with lots of local restaurants and shops, and easy access to a supermarket! Great apartment with an easy check in using an app. The location of the apartment is great and it is close to Metro and has lots of cute cafés and restaurants close by. We ended up being more in Gracia than in the city center - less crowded and more locals instead of tourists. Highlight was the package that we received having dishwasher tabs, and detergent in it.

Nice place, close to the subway station, many stores around. 15 minutes to churros exactly. Bars and restaurants close. Clean, four beds, one couch, kinda comfy. Beautiful view from balcony. Digital keys very easy to use, but dont forget to download their app and put your time of arrival there as well, otherwise the place will not be ready - you will not get your digital keys at the time of arrival and have to call their line and wait for the employee to pick up for like ten minutes... and it just takes time. But they were really helpful otherwise. Barcelona is beautiful, so ... yeah. Recommend 100%.

El alojamiento tenía todo lo indicado y en perfecto estado. La llegada con la llave electrónica fue perfecta, tuvimos un pequeño problema con una de las llaves y nos lo resolvieron al instante incluso siendo bastante tarde. Tiene una parada de metro a 5min andando por lo que la ubicación es excelente para moverse por Barcelona.
