This recently renovated apartment can be found in the fantastic Poble Sec area, just a short walk from the main street, Paral·lel. It is surrounded by plenty of fantastic bars and restaurants, not only in the Poble Sec neighbourhood, but also in the Sant Antoni and Raval areas, which you´ll find just a 10 minute walk away. What´s more, there are 2 metro stops located just outside, meaning guests can move around the city quickly and easily.
Up to 8 people in total can stay here, as the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for plenty of space and privacy. It is decorated in a modern style with clean colours and parquet flooring.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender and dishwasher. You´ll also find an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a hair dryer here, allowing for maximum comfort and convenience. An Internet connection is also available, keeping you up-to-date with current affairs, and connected with friends and family at home.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.
You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don't miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this 'barrio'.
