This three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood. With space for up to six people, the apartment is a great option for enjoying a few days in Barcelona. ...
The living room is modern and trendy in design, and is furnished with a TV, as well as a large comfy sofa where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. There is also a dining table for you and your guests to use during meal times. In the living area you have access to your balcony where you can admire views out to Barcelona.
The kitchen is attached to the living area and is well equipped with utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own home-cooked meal. You have access to a coffee maker, juicer, blender and toaster, so that this place can feel like a home-away-from-home.
The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third rooms have two single beds (which can easily be made into doubles). The apartment has two bathrooms, equipped with showers and are decorated brightly. The property is also equipped with both air conditioning and heaters to make it as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is based near to the Montjuïc Mountain. It is a quiet neighborhood, where guests can enjoy the narrow streets that are full of many bars, cafés and restaurants, while still having easy access to the city centre. You are also just a 15 minute walk from the incredible Olympic Stadium of Barcelona.

District
The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums....
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.
You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don't miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this 'barrio'.

This apartment was perfect. Very spacious and the location was absolutely wonderful! In the middle of everything. Close to Metro, easy to catch a cab, easy to walk to almost everywhere and we felt very safe! The beds were super comfortable. We did have one little handyman issue and AB Apartments were extremely fast to react and fix the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Le stanze sono grandi e ben attrezzate. Nel complesso l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po' di lavori di manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.
Ottima l'opzione di entrare nell'appartamento per mezzo dell'app sul cellulare.

This apartment has plenty of space inside and it's very clean. The ceilings are high and nicely designed. The building is peaceful and safe, so guests can relax. Very good location. Great apartment only 15min walk from El Born and 30min walk from Barceloneta beach. Everything worked well including air con. Digital keys were easy to use and meant we didn’t need to pick up keys from an office or an individual. Would recommend!

Perfekt für große Gruppen, da sie über 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern verfügt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr großzügig mit sehr hohen wunderschönen Decken, die man in Barcelona aus vielen Läden kennt. Die Küche ist sehr hell und ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien wie z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle etc. ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht weg!
