Just beside the Sants station in Barcelona is our beautiful loft apartment with a private terrace. Les Corts is one of the more quieter and traditional districts in the city, with easy access to the centre, making it the perfect place for a relaxing long-term stay in the city.
The apartment boasts a nice living area fitted with a sofa, as well as a TV for you to enjoy your favourite shows. This space is nicely lit by the balcony windows which give the apartment a very bright feel. The living area then blends into the bedroom which is also bright and vivid due to the balcony windows.
The kitchen area is hidden around the breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to be able to cook for yourself and your guests whenever suits you. There is also a desk and chair for you to work at whenever you need.
There is also a bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower.The apartment is also fitted with air- conditioning and central heating to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Being located in the Sants District offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona. You are a short walk from many supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. From here you are just a 15-minute´s walk from the Plaça d’Espanya, which is one of the best connected areas in Barcelona and one of the largest squares in Spain. Here you will also find the Arenas Shopping Center for shopping or going to the supermarket. The beautiful Magic Fountain of Montjuïc is just a 23-minute´s walk away. The Sants Station is only a 4-minute´s walk from the apartment, so that you can have great access to the rest of Barcelona.

In ordinary mid-term rentals, this service is not included, although it can be booked before arrival. Please also note that the apartment has been used by several guests, so it may show normal signs of wear and tear.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Les Corts is a quiet district situated in the northeast of Barcelona. The area is mainly residential, although there are numerous office buildings and prestigious education centres to be found here, too.
On Avinguda Diagonal, one of the main commercial veins of Barcelona, you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and places to shop, including the complexes, L'Illa Diagonal and El Corte Inglés.
One of the biggest attractions of Les Corts is the Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona. This massive stadium is a must-see when in Barcelona, whether you decide to head to an exciting match during the football season or take a tour of the Museu del Barça, the most visited museum in the city.
