To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Sant Martí is a district in the northeast of Barcelona, located next to Eixample Derecho. It maintains the grid pattern of L'Eixample, in keeping with Illdefons Cerdà's plan for the city's development.
