The living room provides a lovely nook to enjoy some down-time. It has lots of natural light and a homely feel to it. The apartment has access not only to a balcony, but a communal terrace as well.
Next to the living room, you will find a spacious room perfect for use as a study- also with lots of natural light. The main bedroom is complete with storage for your convenience. In addition to this, there is one bathroom in the property, fitted with toilet and shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of the utensils and appliances available, allowing you to prepare some delicious meals throughout your stay.
The Horta neighbourhood is home to some beautiful green spaces such as Collserola park, just a short walk from the apartment. The area is quiet and free from tourists, making your stay all the more peaceful. The location of the apartment is perfect for those looking to avoid the intense hustle and bustle of the city whilst also remaining close to the action. You can easily reach Plaza Catalunya by public transport in just 20 minutes. The nearest metro station is just 50 meters away.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.
The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.
