This modern two bedroom apartment in Barcelona´s residential neighbourhood of Gràcia has space for up to 5 guests in a spacious accommodation that has lots of natural light. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, with space for the fifth guest on the sofa bed, found in the living room. As well as this, the apartment offers free WiFi, air-conditioning and central heating for you to have a comfortable stay in the city.... 

The large living room has a modern design, that offers a sofa bed, television and lots of space. The main attraction of this open living-diner is the fact that there is a balcony that inherently brings in lots of natural light

As for where that meal can be prepared, the large kitchen is fully equipped and is a great area to cook meals and socialise. The design of the kitchen continues the modern interior, that is seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, you will find a large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave as well as all the utensils you need to keep stocked up and have a go at making some Spanish inspired dishes.

The first bedroom has a double bed in a large room that has a modern feel to it. The same can be said for the second bedroom, that compromises of a nest bed. Both rooms have lots of space for you and your guests to enjoy and unwind in.

Also, the contemporary bathroom is a very modern and clean room that ties together nicely all the features of the apartment. From the dark of the kitchen, to the light of the bedrooms, this bathroom is a recently refurbished space that shows the high quality finish of the apartment.

Being located in Gràcia gives you a chance to live in a residential area just on the outskirts of the city. This quaint neighbourhood is known for its multitude of plazas, international restaurants and friendly locals. There is also a vast number of bars, shops and transport to give you everything you need to have a memorable stay in Barcelona. As for nearby sights, this apartment is a 14 minute away from Gaudí´s Park Güell and a 20 minute walk from Casa Milà and Passeig de Gràcia a high street that is home to some of the most famous designer brands.

The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century.... 

Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.

Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Just to the north of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell, from where you can catch some breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Familia, the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment was in a very well located place and was in a walkable distance from most places. The apartment was clean and was exactly as listed, it accommodated a group of 5 with the 2 showers and 2 bathrooms being very useful. The balcony was a very big and supplied sunbeds to spend time in the sun. Overall for value for money, location of the apartment and overall setup of the apartment, there is not a better find out there.

Als eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten war es schön in dem Apartment einen Aufenthaltsbereich zu haben und Doppelzimmer, ohne dass jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Die Zimmer haben zwar bis auf eins keine Fenster, aber bei der Bauweise sucht man das in Barcelona wohl sowieso erfolglos. Die Lage ist toll, die Umgebung sicher, man ist sehr schnell an der Sagrada Familia oder mit der U-Bahn überall hin. Nett war auch, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab und zum Start wurde uns ein Spülmaschinentab gegeben sowie kleine Päckchen Salz und Öl (reicht für ein Kleines essen, aber für den Anfang super nett!).

Great Apartment right next to the Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Barcelona. Nice and clean. The bathroom was a little bit dated but clean and functional. We had an issue with hot water on the first day but this was solved quickly by an engineer. The key card system was a bit tricky on the first day but the host was very responsive and helped get everything setup. Nice terrace for a drink after a long day.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in Barcelona! Wir waren 7 Mädels und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein absoluter plus Punkt. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war das es sehr hellhörig ist und man extrem leise sein muss da die Nachbarn schnell sich gestört fühlen. We couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation in Barcelona! The apartment was a perfect fit for our group of seven, offering ample space and a stunning balcony. It was impeccably clean, roomy, and surprisingly quiet despite its convenient location right next to the metro stop, restaurants, and a supermarket. Hosts very easy to communicate with and a pleasure, couldn’t fault our stay, and definitely consider returning. Location is walking distance to the beach and city centre, although plenty options in the area for shops and food. Even had a lovely tapas restaurant next door.
