This modern apartment is recently refurbished and has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Situated just a small distance from Sagrada Familia, this apartment is in an ideal area that is not too far from the city centre. Among other amenities, you will have WiFi, heating and air conditioning, making this apartment ideal for a trip any time of the year.... 

The living diner provides you with a stylish and bright open space, where you and your guests can socialise after a day of exploring the city. With a TV, large sofa and dining table, you will quickly feel settled here. The contemporary décor of the apartment gives it a welcoming feel and shows the high degree to which the apartment has been finished.

The fully-equipped kitchen is another modern space in the apartment; an ideal place to try cooking some Spanish dishes. You will also have a microwave, kettle and toaster.

The two bedrooms continue the colourful and stylish feel that runs through the entire apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, with the second having two single beds pushed together to make another two-person room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is also found here, which has a walk-in shower and provides you with a private space for you and your guests.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this wonderful apartment gives you one of the most recognisable monuments in the city on your doorstep. If learning about Spanish culture interests you, then you can walk for 13 minutes to get to the El Monumental former bullring, now a marketplace and venue for concerts. It is a unique way to learn about the city’s history. Alternatively, if you want to have an opportunity to shop and see more works of art by Gaudí, just a 24-minute walk away from the apartment, is the designer high street Passeig de Gràcia, which is Barcelona’s most iconic street.

contrary to what I had read on the internet reviews I found a very clean and comfortable apartment! there was a welcome kit with tea and coffee, another welcome kit for cleaning the apartment with dishwasher tablets, sponges, dishwashing liquid and even detergent for washing clothes by hand. I can only confirm that the apartment is a bit noisy because it is on the first floor on a busy road, better to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. We had an amazing time in Barcelona and the airbnb really topped it off! It was a large space with a lovely outdoor area and two balconies. The kitchen was small but had everything we required, even a washing machine which came in handy. The beds were very comfy/clean and the wardrobe space was great, they even provided lots of hangers. I would recommend anyone this airbnb if they are staying in Barcelona, as everything is around only a 15minutes walk!! Thankyou

Réactifs, prévenants et sympathiques, AB on été joignables tout au long du séjour. La location s'est faite complètement à distance et de façon simple. Les règles fixées sont claires et précises : respect du voisinage et savoir-vivre (qui sont une base en soi). Le logement est très bien situé et a proximité du centre de Barcelone, marchez quelques minutes et vous êtes aux Ramblas, à la Sagrada Familia ou à la Casa Batlló. Spacieux bien équipé et avec des pièces bien séparés, on peut passer un moment convivial dans le salon à plusieurs ou bien être à l'écart du bruit dans sa chambre. La grande terrasse extérieure est parfaite pour profiter du soleil ! Le système de carte électronique permet de pouvoir ouvrir et fermer le logement sans se soucier de perdre les clés lors d'un transit. Que ce soit pour un weekend ou un séjour prolongé, je recommande grandement AB qui sont des hôtes extra !
