This apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Situated just a small distance from Sagrada Familia, this apartment is in an ideal area that is not too far from the city centre. Among other amenities, you will have WiFi, heating and air conditioning, making this apartment ideal for a trip any time of the year.... 

The living diner provides you with a stylish and bright open space, where you and your guests can socialise after a day of exploring the city. With a TV, large sofa and dining table, you will quickly feel settled here. The contemporary décor of the apartment gives it a welcoming feel and shows the high degree to which the apartment has been finished. This recently refurbished apartment also offers its private balcony, where you and your guests can enjoy mealtimes throughout the day, and a drink in the evening, as the sun sets.

The fully-equipped kitchen is another modern space in the apartment; an ideal place to try cooking some Spanish dishes. You will also have a microwave, kettle and toaster.

The two bedrooms continue the colourful and stylish feel that runs through the entire apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, with the second having two single beds pushed together to make another two-person room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is also found here, which has a walk-in shower and provides you with a private and clean space for you and your guests.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this wonderful apartment gives you one of the most recognisable monuments in the city on your doorstep. If learning about Spanish culture interests you, then you can walk for 13 minutes to get to the El Monumental former bullring, now a marketplace and venue for concerts. It is a unique way to learn about the city’s history. Alternatively, if you want to have an opportunity to shop and see more works of art by Gaudí, just a 24-minute walk away from the apartment, is the designer high street Passeig de Gràcia, which is Barcelona’s most iconic street.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. Das Appartment ist wirklich gut gelegen. Die Metro Station ist vor der Tür, das quirlige Stadtviertel Poble Sec direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Alles sauber. 3 Zimmer, die 2 Badezimmer sind toll. Das Highlight, die Dachterrasse. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war bestens. Es wurde super schnell und immer freundlich reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir haben eine großartige Woche dort verbracht. Wir hatten ein Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Apartment im Herz von Barcelona in Ausgezeichneter Lage (ein paar Gehminuten von den Ramblas und Montjuïc entfernt). Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Haustür, mehrere Geschäfte in der Nähe, Restaurants usw., was den Aufenthalt einfacher und angenehmer macht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gab alles, was man braucht. Eine große Dachterrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf Barcelona und Tibidabo. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Der digitale Schlüssel ist eine gute Option und bietet Flexibilität und spart viel Zeit. Nur eine Empfehlung, ein paar Aroma Diffuser für die Badezimmern wären gut. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung, ohne zu zögern weiterzuempfehlen.

A great, spacious apartment which was more than comfortable for 4 adults we had staying. Could sleep a further 2 if needed. Decent sized master with ensuite (although it was a little squishy but still usable) and a 2nd and 3rd bedroom with bunks in once and 2 singles in the other. Main bathroom was fine and central to other bedrooms and living space. The terrace was fantastic, it was very big which was great to hang out and see over the city. Could be a little dirty however this is due to the Barcelona traffic etc and not due to being kept unclean. Only thing to note is there is no under cover so if it were to rain it wouldn't be practical but we had great weather and so used it daily. The kitchen had everything we needed, aircon in the lounge and also in all 3 bedrooms. check in was really easy with the electronic access. The lift is very small so needed a couple trips up and down with suitcases but again, all a part of travelling - just grateful there was a lift as it's quite high up! Would certainly book this accommodation again on return to Barcelona. Great location, 5 min walk to La Rambla and down to the water front. Convenience stores within 1 min and restaurants across the road.

Appartement spacieux, pour nous qui étions 4. La literie est confortable, et nous avons trouvé en arrivant quelques produits de douche, un échantillon de liquide vaisselle, un torchon.. éminemment pratique. L'appartement était propre, tout le linge de maison fourni (serviettes en quantité, draps, etc.). La situation est pratique, à quelques stations de métro du TGV à Barcelona Sants. Le métro est littéralement au pied de l'appartement, mais on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. L'arrivée est facile, la clé étant dans votre smartphone.

The location is really great, and the balcony is really nice to have. You get a lot of exercise going up the 118 step stairs. The beds was great, and the cleaning was good. Very close to the pincho restaurants at Carrer de Blai. Pincho J was really good.

wij waren hier met onze drie kinderen en het is ons goed bevallen. Het dakterras is ideaal, daar hebben we vaak gezeten. Het appartement ligt neutraal. We zijn vaak met de metro gegaan, wat erg goedkoop is, en dat beviel goed. Binnen een paar minuten ben je op een andere plek.
