The contemporary décor of the apartment gives it a welcoming feel and shows the high degree to which the apartment has been finished. This recently refurbished apartment also offers its own private terrace, where you and your guests can enjoy mealtimes throughout the day, and a drink in the evening as the sun sets.
The fully-equipped kitchen is another nice space in the apartment; an ideal place to try cooking some Spanish dishes. You will also have a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs, you will find an open landing, where you can relax on the sofa before getting ready for an evening stroll. The two bedrooms continue the colourful and stylish feel that runs through the entire apartment. Both bedrooms have two single beds pushed together to make a larger bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The apartment has a bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, as well as an additional toilet for you and your guests.
Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this wonderful apartment gives you one of the most recognisable monuments in the city on your doorstep. If learning about Spanish culture interests you, then you can walk for 13 minutes to get to the El Monumental former bullring, now a marketplace and venue for concerts. It is a unique way to learn about the city’s history. Alternatively, if you want to have an opportunity to shop and see more works of art by Gaudí, just a 24-minute walk away from the apartment, is the designer high street Passeig de Gracia, which is Barcelona’s most iconic street.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece.
