This bright 3-bedroom apartment in Eixample comes with all the essentials for a comfortable stay in the heart of Barcelona. Enjoy Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the space, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.... 

The spacious living room is a cosy spot to unwind, complete with a Smart TV and thoughtful decor touches like art prints of Barcelona that add a local flair to the space. From here, you can access a balcony, which provides natural light to the space. It features a table and chair set and overlooks the charming Avinguda Gaudí—an ideal place to relax, read, or enjoy a morning coffee.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, toaster, and both a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine and a traditional coffee maker.

The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for your belongings. There´s also a dedicated work desk area if you need to catch up on tasks during your stay. You´ll find 2 complete bathrooms, each featuring a shower and WC. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Located in the Eixample district, you´re just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia. In under 40 minutes by metro, you can reach Plaça Catalunya, a central hub perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. And for those looking for nature and scenic beauty, Parc de la Ciutadella is a 36-minute metro journey, offering stunning views and green space to enjoy during your stay.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is equipped with security cameras located in the living room and the kitchen. These cameras remain completely deactivated throughout the guest´s stay and are only activated between check-out and the next check-in, as a control and security measure for the property, always respecting your privacy.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The apartment is great and perfect for a short stay in Barcelona with a large group. Be aware that the flat is in a residential building with old fashioned acoustics, so it's not the best option if you are planning to stay up late in the flat. Location is fantastic, right next to supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as a metro station. We had issues accessing the apartment with the digital keys on check in but this was rectified quickly once I notified the company managing the site. Very large apartment with plenty of space for us all, the only thing lacking here was the communal area (living and eating) which was very small.

The apartment looked like photos and was spacious, lovely and very cool with good aircon. Beds were so comfy and bedrooms were dark when shutters closed so we could have a great sleep. Showers had really good pressure so always enjoyable. Good accessibility to get into apartment. Couple of blocks from metro and lovely neighbourhood. About 5 blocks from Plaza del Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter where all the shops were. 1 metro stop or a 20min walk to Sagrada Família. The host AB Apartments were super responsive and supportive. 24hr support and we tested that at 12.30am! I would def book with them again.
