The apartment is also only a 17 minute walk from the Zona Universitaria metro stop (Metro L3/Green), making it ideal for students as there you can find some of the most important university campus´ in Barcelona. Furthermore, from this point there are connections to the centre of Barcelona via public transport, as well as there being the line to the Airport (Metro L9 South)- bringing you to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in around 15 minutes, the same time to get you to Fira de Barcelona, where some of the most important events and meetings take place throughout the year. Lastly, you are only an 11 minute walk from a second bus stop that it located on Esplugues Road, nearby to the Parque Cervantes.
As for shopping, the apartment is 300 metres from the largest LIDL in Spain, ensuring you will always have a fridge full of fresh ingredients to cook with!
You will only need to walk for 20 minutes (900m) to Mirador dels Xiprers within La Sierra de Collserola, one of the largest metropolitan park in the world, if you would like to enjoy one of the best panoramic views in Barcelona.
It is also useful to note that this apartment is situated 290 metres from Hospital Sant Joan de Déu 3 minutes walking, one of the most well-recognised hospitals in Barcelona.
NOTE FOR GUESTS: The property has windows with a tilt-and-turn system, which allows them to be partially opened from the top.
