Location: This apartment is ideal for public transportation, as it is located just 100 meters from the (Blue Bus) EP1 and JM bus lines that take you to Avenida Diagonal (Metro L3/Green), one of Barcelona´s main commercial avenues.
The apartment is also just a 17-minute walk from the Zona Universitaria metro stop (Metro L3/Green), making it ideal for students, as some of the most important university campuses in Barcelona are located there. In addition, from this point there are connections to the center of Barcelona through public transportation, as well as a metro line to the Airport (Metro L9 South), which will take you to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in about 15 minutes, the same time needed to reach Fira de Barcelona, where some of the most important events and meetings take place throughout the year. Finally, it is just an 11-minute walk from a second bus stop located on the Carretera de Esplugues, near Cervantes Park.
Regarding shopping, the apartment is 300 meters from the largest Lidl in Spain, so you will always have a fridge full of fresh ingredients for cooking.
You will only need to walk 20 minutes (900 m) to reach the Mirador dels Xiprers, inside the Sierra de Collserola, one of the largest metropolitan parks in the world, perfect for enjoying one of the best panoramic views of Barcelona. It is also worth noting that this apartment is located 290 meters from the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, a 3-minute walk, one of the most renowned hospitals in Barcelona.
NOTE FOR GUESTS: The property has windows with a tilt-and-turn system, which allows them to be partially opened from the top. To avoid moisture condensation, it is essential to use this system to maintain proper ventilation of the kitchen and the bathroom. This will be essential especially when using the shower.
