If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Hospitalet de Llobregat is an excellent option if you are looking to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still with all the commodities that are offered in the centre of Barcelona. Furthermore, thanks to its great proximity to the centre of Barcelona and its excellent public transport connections, you will be able to easily access some of the most important parts of the city- like the Camp Nou, Plaza España, the neighbourhood of Sants, the Montjuïc Mountain, Sants station and Zona Universitària.
This zone is perfect to walk through thanks to its historical centre, have a drink or snack in one of the terraces of its Ramblas or side streets, visit the traditional markets of each neighbourhood or enjoy an afternoon shopping in La Farga or Gran Via 2, one of the most famous shopping centres in Barcelona.
One of the many advantages that staying in Hospitalet de Llobregat has is that it is close to the Barcelona-El Prat Airport. Furthermore, Fira de Barcelona is found in this city, one of the largest and most modern conference centres in Europe, where each year they celebrate some of the most important meetings in the world.
