From here, you have access to a spacious private terrace that not only fills the room with natural light but also offers a peaceful outdoor area with cosy seating, a round dining table, and lush greenery—perfect for enjoying meals, drinks, or sunsets in total comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven combo, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as other utensils you may need during your stay.
The apartment features two bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. One of the bedrooms has direct access to another private terrace, perfect for sunbathing in complete privacy. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.
Being located in Eixample means you´re in a central area, close to some of the city’s most iconic spots. For example, the incredible Plaça Espanya is just a 12-minute walk from the apartment, where you’ll find the popular Las Arenas shopping centre with many restaurants and shops. Plaça Catalunya is only 10 minutes away by metro, giving you access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. The Mercat de Sant Antoni is just an 8-minute walk away, making it even easier to buy fresh ingredients for cooking.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
