This wonderful 2-bedroom apartment located in the Eixample is the perfect place to stay in the city of Barcelona. The property features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lovely balcony, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the Catalan capital.... 

The living room is bright and well-furnished, with contemporary finishes and carefully selected design details. From the lounge area, you have access to the balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs—ideal for unwinding after a long day exploring the city.

The living area is bright, modern, and well-appointed, with stylish finishes and contemporary design features. It opens up to the balcony, which includes outdoor seating: the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven combo, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. It also includes a beautiful breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There’s also a dining area with enough space for you and your guests.

The apartment features two bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.

The apartment is well located and close to everything the city has to offer via public transport. Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

The apartment is very well-located, just a few minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia, with a metro station right before the building's front door. The space was very comfortable for 4 people since it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views from the terrace are very nice. The apartment is cosy and well-equipped. The only down on our stay was that we stayed for 5 days, and only a few things were provided in kits, for example, one cleaning kit, containing only one piece of detergent for the washing machine. I recommend the space!

Great location, within easy walking distance from the la Sagrada familia and a metro station literally outside the door. Also loved having Gigi Von Tapas in the same building as they had incredible food - not to mention the other amenities. The apartment was fairly spacious, furnishing were minimal but adequate and the space was very clean when we got in.

Really good stay. Well decorated and organise appartement. IF you want to improve simple thing : juste put real pillow and not cushion on the bed, add bin in the bathroom and it will be perfect!

Great location just by the metro station and good to have a lift in the building. Lots of cafe bars in adjacent street - great for breakfast. Beds were comfotable. Good value for the price.

Good stay here. The apartment was close to the Sagrada Familia, but we were able to visit other things too as there was a metro stop right outside the door and we were only 15 or 20 minutes or so walk from the center. The extra bathroom was a plus too.
