Description
This recently renovated two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four guests is located in the central Eixample neighbourhood. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available, it’s the perfect place to spend a few days in Barcelona....
The kitchen features traditional hydraulic tile flooring, preserving the local charm of the area. It is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, along with other utensils you might need during your stay. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table with chairs to enjoy your homemade meals. There’s also a washing machine for added convenience.
The living room features elegant and contemporary decor and is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV.
There are 2 bedrooms which offer ample storage space for your belongings, in the same sleek design that can be seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, there is the bathroom complete with shower.
Staying in the Eixample district is ideal if you want to be close to some of the city’s most iconic sights. For a day of shopping and sightseeing, Plaça d’Espanya is just a 12-minute walk away, home to the Arenas Shopping Center, full of restaurants and shops. Plaza Catalunya, located just a 20-minute walk away, gives access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. For groceries, the Mercat de Sant Antoni is only an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Great stay for large groups, we had a fantastic 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious however the two interior rooms did not have natural daylight when all the doors were closed (not a problem for us). Kitchen well equipped however an oven would be a nice addition. Apartment is very well-situated one minute from shops, bars and the metro. Would love to stay here again.

Great apartment with plenty of beds, 2 clean bathrooms and nice location. The beds were comfy, the AC works perfectly and there are a couple of small balconies to take your morning coffee outside. The apartment works great. We used keys through an app which worked without any problems.

The apartment was great!
It has an amazing location and the price for the apartment was really worth it. The host was always available for any problem and spoke fluent Spanish and English. The only problem we had was that the heating didn’t work but it was just for a problem of the whole building in that week, and either way they came to try and fix it.
Overall the stay was splendid and so was the customer service.

We loved the apartment: exactly as expected and more. Kitchen/chill out area and balcony was the highlight of our trip, loved having tea and snacks, rum and playing cards, and if we had more time we would have been able to make some great food with the very well equipped kitchen. A real home away from home.

Wir waren alle mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage war super, trotz der Hauptstraße direkt am Fenster, war es nicht laut und man könnte gut schlafen.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and we were very happy in it. The TVs in every room were great for when we were getting ready to go out and the kitchen had everything for a big lunch for all of us at home. The beds were really comfortable as well. We would certainly stay here again.
