The living and dining area is elegantly furnished, featuring a sofa, a Smart TV, and access to a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven combo, coffee maker, anddishwasher, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. The apartment also includes two bedrooms, both with storage space for your belongings. The full bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.

Located in the vibrant Eixample district, this apartment offers excellent public transport connections. Plaça Catalunya is just 8 minutes away by metro, while the Mercat de Sant Antoni is only a 10-minute walk—perfect for picking up fresh produce. In addition, some of Barcelona’s most famous landmarks, such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, are only 25 minutes on foot, making it easy to explore the city´s architectural gems.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, γύρω στα 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη στάση του μετρό, καθώς και από την Casa Milà και την Casa Batlló (15 λεπτά από την Sagrada Familia). Ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμο και οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί, μιας και μας απάντησαν κατευθείαν στο τηλέφωνο όταν είχαμε πρόβλημα με το ηλεκτρονικό μας κλειδί αργά το βράδυ και μας το έλυσαν αμέσως. Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά αν πάω στη Βαρκελώνη!

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

The location of this apartment is wonderful. Good food, public transport, and attractions were within walking distance. It was the perfect stay for our small family of three. It's basically a fully-rented apartment managed by a company. It's generic (the kit included dishwasher soap, although there's no dishwasher), but it's very useful. There was also a bar of hand soap in the bathroom. There's plenty of linen and a very comfortable bed with an easy-to-make sofa bed. The place is just as described, with a washing machine and outdoor clothesline. We would stay again if necessary.

In the case that you need to be transferred to hospital, you will need to use private medical insurance or travel insurance that can cover these costs.
The apartment does not have parking, but you can reserve a parking space in Barcelona with Parclick if you need it.
