You will find our cute and cosy apartment in El Born neighbourhood of Barcelona. This area is filled with unique and chic bars and restaurants, making it the perfect area for your stay. The apartment comes with everything you need so that you can feel as though you are in a home-away-from-home during your holiday to Barcelona. This apartment has been completely renovated in 2024.
The apartment boasts a nice spacious living area fitted with a comfortable sofa, as well as a TV for you to enjoy your favourite movies and programmes. The living area is nicely lit by the large windows in front of your dining area to give the apartment a brighter feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to be able to cook for yourself and your guests whenever suits you. There is also a nice dining area with a table and chairs for you to use during meal times.
The bedrooms come with plenty of wardrobe and storage space for all your things, as well as being very well lit. The apartment also has one bathroom with a shower and is fitted with air conditioning and a heat pump to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The El Born District is a very popular and trendy area of Barcelona. You are a short 6 minute walk from the famous and beautiful Arc de Triomf. You are also just 10 minutes walking from the Parc de Ciutadella, where you have a large and beautiful green space to go for walks, enjoy a picnic or partake in activities such as boat rowing. You are a 9 minute walk from the França Train Station, so you can escape the city whenever you like. This central location is perfect for those who want to see as much of Barcelona as they can without having to travel far.
TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING: It is forbidden to hold parties and the rest hours of the neighbours must be respected, without making noise from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. In case of breaching any of these rules, AB Apartment Barcelona may retain the amount of the deposit.

The beautiful Born neighbourhood in Barcelona is characterised by its unique mix of historic sights, contemporary art and trendy styles, and is a must-visit on any trip to Barcelona. Situated just outside of the original city limits of El Barrio Gótico (or El Barrí Gòtic in Catalan), this town in the heart of Barcelona is home to some of the best attractions in the city.
The 'barrio' takes its name from the Catalan word 'Born' which means, among other things, a place where tournaments take place. The area is so called as this neighbourhood was once the site of medieval jousting competitions, and the Passeig del Born is where these events were once a regular fixture. Today, this street is known as the main avenue in the neighbourhood and is packed full of cool restaurants and bars.
The Born is well known for its picturesque alleys and intimate passageways dotted with hidden restaurants and one-of-a kind boutiques. The area is also home to plenty of amazing architectural gems such as the Santa María del Mar church, originally built as a beacon for sailors and fishermen in the medieval times.
A visit to the famous Picasso Museum is a must when strolling around El Born, where you will find a collection of over 4000 works housed in 5 spectacular palaces, built in the 12th and 13th centuries.
