This 3-bedroom apartment can be found right in the centre of Barcelona, in the Eixample Izquierda area. With WiFi connection, air conditioning and a balcony it is the perfect place to spend a few days in the Catalan Capital.... 

The property has an open-plan design, connecting the living room and kitchen. In this space, you will find a sofa, TV, and dining table, creating the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. From here, you also have access to the balcony.

As for cooking in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, among many other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage for you belongings. Additionally, there are also 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is located in Eixample, which offers a very central location, ensuring that you can easily reach some of Barcelona´s most iconic landmarks. For instance Plaza de Catalunya is only 10 minutes away via the metro. Furthermore, there are also many restaurants, bars, and cafes close to the apartment, giving you the opportunity to try Barcelona´s incredible gastronomic scene. The access to public transport connections surrounding the apartment, allows you to explore the rest of the city with ease.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

The place is spacious and nice. Good location, closed to a few bus stations and metro stations. Quiet at nights and the air con worked perfectly. There were some basic cleaning packages for used. There were a capsule coffee machine but only provided with 3 capsules, which weren’t not enough for three people and three nights. But they were free so not complaining. Some basic cooking gadgets that enough to cook some simple meal for kids which I was really grateful. They provided with some salt, olive oil and sugar too. We enjoyed our staying there. The stairs were a bit steep but it has a small lift, just it needs to figure out which floor we were. 🤣

Lo recomiendo más para estancias más cortas (no hay cambio de sábanas o de toallas por dos semanas). El precio calidad está bien aunque sugeriría algunos cambios pequeños que pueden ser de mucha utilidad, como el aumento de enchufes en cocina.
