This modern apartment with 3 bedrooms is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the district Eixample Left, and is just a 10 minute walk from Plaça Catalunya. The access to the pulic transport is very good in this area. There are many bus and metro stations close by so you can reach all parts of the Catalan capital easily. Around the apartment guests can find several great restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as plenty of supermarkets. ...
The apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends.
The living-dining area is open toward the kitchen which offers a lot of space and light. Here you’ll find a cozy sofa and a TV. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your favourite meals or try out some new Spanish dishes.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, with two double bedrooms and a single room distributed throughout this lovely apartment. The property also has one full bathroom and a separate toilet, allowing for plenty of space and privacy.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

The app for the key card worked great for me and meant no risk of losing the key/ need to collect one. O unico ponto que gostaria de resaltar , é que não havia cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro conjugadas . The apartment is simple, but comfortable, nicely stocked with starters of soaps, olive oil, etc., nicely equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, has a spacious bathroom, operable windows + 3 great AC units, and has spectacular views of La Sagrada Familia from both bedrooms and the balcony off the living room. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
AB Apartments appears to be a relatively large host organization with a very technologically advanced, app-based, operating platform. Customer service was amazingly helpful (we arrived BCN at 1:00 AM without local SIM cards) and immediately responsive - way above and beyond in our experience. The app-based and/or physical key option was nice. 5-Stars for customer service!

The host was fantastic and highly communicative. The apartment complex is incredibly safe and secure, with the very convenient option of digital cards as well as physical cards.
We enjoyed the close proximity of the flat to Monumental station as well as the walkable distance to Sagrada Familia - literally 7-8 minutes.

The apartment has spectacular view from the windows and balcony to Sagrada Familia. Great location. The apartment was clean with towels for each guests. When we came the apartment was cold but you can put the heat on. Overall we would recommend this place.
Eva&Jack recommended the stasher app for storing the luggage after check out, we recommend to do that as well, it costs 5€ for one luggage.
Thank you, we had amazing time in Barcelona.
