This 3-bedroom apartment has WiFi available and air conditioning in hot/cold mode, to make your stay in Barcelona even more relaxed. In addition, the apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022.

The living room is well furnished: the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is well equipped with many utensils and appliances.

There are 3 bedrooms, each complete with storage so you can make yourself at home. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms complete with a shower and a toilet.

Located on Carrer del Pi, the apartment is situated in an area full of history and charm. Just a stone´s throw away, you´ll find Carrer Portaferrissa, a street that dates back to Roman times, when it was part of Barcino, the ancient Roman city that became Barcelona. The street has seen centuries of history and played a key role in medieval trade routes. Today, it is a lively blend of historical significance and modern shopping, with boutiques, craft shops, art galleries, and cafes, giving it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. In addition, you´re just minutes from the famous La Boqueria Market, Gran Teatro del Liceo, and great public transport links, making it easy to reach the rest of the city.

El Barri Gòtic is situated in-between the famous Las Ramblas and the grand Via Laietana, and its boundaries stretch all the way to the Mediterranean coast....

My friends and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! The neighborhood was convenient on the L4 line which made it easy to explore the city. There were lots of great walkable restaurants, and it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well. The apartment itself was clean, included everything we needed, and had a great amount of space for 5 people. We all truly enjoyed our stay!

Notre voyage c’est déroulé à la perfection. J’y tiens énormément à dire un grand Merci à toute l’équipe, qui a été disponible, même très tard le soir (du à notre arrivée ). L’appartement est juste magnifique, avec une propreté exemplaire. Les consignes ont été très claires et la communication parfaite. Je rajouterais, même des petits rappels, qui ont était très utiles pour moi:). La localisation de l’appartement était juste ce qui nous fallait, tout près d’une rue piétonne avec ses commerces et à 15 minutes à pied (marche tranquille :) de la plage. La quartier est plutôt calme avec toutes les commandités nécessaires. À 4-5 stations de métro de toutes les activités et lieux à visiter. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et quand on reviendra à Barcelone, nous allons pas chercher ailleurs:). 🙏 merci à tous et changez pas🥰

appartamento molto curato, pulito, fornito di ogni cosa dalla lavastoviglie, alla lavatrice/ asciugatrice al phon ( ci hanno fornito del kit pulizie)! La zona è molto tranquilla, vicina ad una via pedonale con ampia scelta di ristoranti e locali. A 5 minuti di camminata si trova il lungomare, meta di corridori e sportivi in generale, che costeggia delle spiaggie ampie e ben servite.

Place was really nice and cozy and so close to the metro! Didn't really spent too much time at the appartment because we were out all through the day, but it was spacious and clean. The location itself was in an area with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, minimarkets open even later at night and on a quiet street. Still stuck on the orange trees by the sides of the alleys! The people from AB were very responsive, always helping with instructions, gave us a small 3 days guide and reccommendations for places to check out. We really enjoyed our time in Barcelona and we'll be back for sure!
