Description
This studio with capacity for 2 people is located in Barcelona´s iconic Eixample neighborhood. With WiFi and air conditioning, you will quickly settle into this apartment.
The open-plan living-dining room gets plenty of natural light. You will have a sofa, a TV, and plenty of storage space. Additionally, there is a dining table and chairs to enjoy all your meals. The sleeping area features a double bed and is separated for added privacy. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
Please note: the apartment is not equipped with towels. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with pots and pans, as well as utensils.
Being located in the Eixample is a great advantage, as you will be within walking distance of some of the city´s most iconic landmarks. For a fantastic day of shopping, you are just a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, which is lined with high-end shops. From the apartment, you are also just a 13-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, giving you access to Las Ramblas. For groceries, there is a Lidl Supermarket a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and if you are looking for fresh products, the Mercat de la Boqueria is a 17-minute walk away.
Please note: there is parking in the building subject to availability. The price is not included in the rental cost. To reserve a parking space, it must be requested upon arrival at the building´s parking garage.

EQUIPMENT: in mid-term rentals for holiday purposes, bed linen, pillows, cushions, and towels are included. In standard mid-term rentals, these items are not included, although you can book a bed linen and towels service before arrival.
APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
