This cosy apartment is found in the central Eixample Izquierdo neighbourhood. It comes equipped with WiFi, air conditioning & central heating. It offers all you need for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.... 

In the open living-diner, there is lots of natural light from the balcony and it has a stylish, contemporary decor. You have the sofa & television to use and relax upon. Next to this space, you will find the dining table, for you and your guests to use at meal times.

In terms of cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal for all meal times. Here you can find a microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as an oven and hob. There is also a dishwasher and ample storage space.

The bedrooms offer a comfortable and peaceful space for each guest´s privacy. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with showers.

Being situated in Eixample offers the perfect city centre location for your stay in Barcelona. For some sightseeing, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Magic Fountain and Palau Nacional. For a spot of shopping and dining out, the Arenas Shopping Centre is just 4-minute´s walk away. For a step into nature, the Joan Miró Park is only 4-minute´s walk away. The Plaça d´Espanya being only 6-minute´s walk away gives you easy access to elsewhere in the city too.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

L'accueil au bureau est très agréable et courtois. Appartement lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Séjour en février, l'appartement a une clim réversible donc pas de souci de chauffage. Le métro est vraiment à côté (station CLOT). l'appartement est super calme. Coté cuisine, il y a ce qu'il faut : four, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière (à l'italienne), machine à laver, grand frigo / congel. Nombreux rangements, fer à repasser, étendage...tout y est.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the commodities that we needed. Great with air conditioning and WiFi. The staff of AB Apartments were helpful and we felt secure that we could call them at any time if we needed anything or if we had questions.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist ideal gelegen, direkt bei U-Bahnstation "Clot", aber dennoch sehr ruhig am Abend, ideal für Familien. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
