In the open living-diner area, there is lots of natural light. You will have the sofa and television to use, as well as having lots of storage space in the cabinet next to it. Additionally, there is the dining table and chairs to use for all your meal times.
In terms of cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen to use. Here you will find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Additionally, the apartment comes ready equipped with pots and pans as well as utensils, to enable you to feel at home straight away.
The bedroom space has a double bed for you to live in comfort. It is sectioned off to give a more private space in the apartment. In addition to this, there is the bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Eixample offers a great spot just in walking distance of some of the city´s most iconic sights. For a fantastic day of shopping, you are just 10-minute´s walk from the Passeig de Gràcia which is lined with both luxurious, high end stores, as well as high street shops. From the apartment you are also just 13-minute´s walk from the Plaça de Catalunya, which gives you access to Las Ramblas. For food shopping, there is a Lidl Supermarket at 2 minute´s walk from the apartment, and for fresh produce the Mercat de la Boqueria at 17-minute´s walk away.
Please note: there is parking available in the building, subject to availability. The price is not included in the rental cost. To reserve a parking spot, you must process this upon arrival to the building´s car park.

APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
