Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

El Barri Gòtic is situated in-between the famous Las Ramblas and the grand Via Laietana, and its boundaries stretch all the way to the Mediterranean coast.
