The open-plan living and dining area offers an elegant and modern atmosphere, featuring a dining table and white walls that make the room feel bright and peaceful. Together with the sofa and TV, this space is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

For cooking, you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to utensils and pots and pans, you will find an electric blender, coffee machine, microwave and oven. A dishwasher is also available, helping you keep the kitchen spotless and allowing you to make the most of your stay.

There is one double bedroom, complete with a large 10m² balcony connected to the living room, offering pleasant views. There are also two additional bedrooms with single beds. In addition, the apartment features a dedicated office space with a desk, ideal for working from home. The bathroom is modern and comes with a shower and a hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided, so you can feel at home from the very first day.

Sant Martí is a fantastic area to experience a part of Barcelona shaped by both history and modernity. The neighbourhood offers plenty of outdoor spaces, including gyms and football pitches, perfect for staying active. Being slightly away from the city centre, Sant Martí is also an excellent place for shopping without the crowds, with the Glòries Shopping Centre just a 20-minute walk away. If you take the L5 metro line, you can reach the Sagrada Família in just 5 minutes.
