This bright 24m² studio apartment is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in El Born, one of Barcelona’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. The studio includes air conditioning and WiFi to keep you comfortable and connected during your stay.... 

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a drip coffee machine, oven, kettle and a washing machine for added convenience.

There is also a small dining area where you can enjoy meals comfortably at home.

The bed area comes with ample wardrobe space and opens directly onto a cosy balcony with outdoor seating — perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.  There is also a complete bathroom with a shower and WC.

The property also offers access to the building’s communal terrace, the perfect spot to relax and make the most of Barcelona’s wonderful weather.

Located right on the iconic Rambla del Born, you’ll be surrounded by medieval streets, good restaurants, vintage shops, and local cafés. The charming Santa Maria del Mar basilica is just a 2-minute walk away. Parc de la Ciutadella is a 9-minute walk from the apartment — ideal for a stroll, exercise, or organising a picnic. If you like cooking or trying traditional delicacies, the Mercat de Santa Caterina is just 6 minutes on foot, with fresh produce and Catalan specialities.

The beautiful Ciutadella Park is the largest green space in Barcelona, covering more than 17 hectares. It is located in a central neighbourhood, home to many winding streets, perfect for getting lost and discovering the hidden attractions of Barcelona.... 

The Parc de la Ciutadella takes its name from an old fortress, or citadel, shaped like a star, which was constructed under the reign of King Philip V in the 18th century. 150 years later, the citadel was demolished and since then the space has become a 'green lung' in the middle of the bustling city.

Nowadays, the park has many charming attractions such as the Barcelona Zoo, the Parliament Building of Catalonia, a grand fountain and a lake, among others. The colossalArc de Triomf, built as the gateway for the Universal Exhibition, is located at the end of the park, following an extension of palm trees and a large walkway for pedestrians.

Around the park, you will find a number of restaurants, shops, boutiques, and museums. The area is home to many Barcelona apartments sandwiched between El Born and Vila Olímpica, giving you easy access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and dining areas in Barcelona. Thank you for a lovely stay. The hosts make check in as easy as possible and always reply within the hour. The apartment is as described, and was clean on arrival. We had to change Airbnb’s last minute due to a plumbing issue and stumbled across AB Apartment. Their customer service team was so helpful in accommodating our reservation. The apartment was beautifully designed, with a great split layout for multiple couples. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed. Entry was made very easy with a mobile app as well as physical keys. Great neighborhood with 24-hour market downstairs, a farmacia, and tons of great places to eat. We took advantage of the iron, dish water, washing machine and stove - all worked perfectly.
