This cosy apartment in Barcelona is located in the Sant Pere neighbourhood. Just a few minutes from Plaça Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and the Cathedral. It is situated on the fourth floor of a building with typical local architecture. It is very comfortable and welcoming.

In the small living area there is a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. You will also have crockery and cutlery for 4 people at your disposal.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes for your personal belongings. The bathroom is spacious, with a washbasin, bidet, toilet and bathtub.

It is a perfect apartment for two couples or a family. You will be able to easily access the most popular areas of the city and visit everything Barcelona has to offer.

Note: There is no lift in the building.

"Constructed in the 13th century, Sant Pere is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Barcelona. Located in the 'Old Town' district of the city, the area takes its name from the Monastery of Sant Pere de les Puelles, built in the 10th century. Here, you can still see the old, Romanesque church that was part of the monastery.

The area of Sant Pere maintains much of its medieval architecture and has many narrow, winding streets, prefect for discovering some of Barcelona's more authentic stores and eateries. That being said, some of the buildings in the town were actually reconstructed in the 17th and 18th centuries when the neighbourhood was the centre for textile production in Barcelona.
