Description

This 3 bedroom apartment can be found in the popular neighbourhood of Eixample. The property is centrally located and with WiFi connection, air conditioning and a balcony, it is the ideal place to spend a few months in the city.... 

The living room features a sofa, TV, and dining table, creating a cosy space to relax in after a busy day. Additionally, from here you have access to the balcony, which lets natural light into the room.

As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, among other utensils you may need during your stay.

The property features 3 bedrooms, each room has sufficient storage space for all of your belongings. There is also a cosy study for those who need a dedicated space to work.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment.

The apartment is situated in the popular Eixample area, which places you in the heart of the city and close to everything that you could need during your stay. The good public transport connections ensure that you can visit the city´s incredible landmarks with complete ease. For instance, you can reach Gaudí´s infamous La Pedrera and Casa Battló in under 20 minutes via the metro. Near the apartment, you will also have access to many restaurants, cafés and shops, making your day to day life even easier.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Very easy to find and access the apartment, using smartphone as a digital key worked seamlessly. Apartment was clean and reasonably spacious for a group of 5, but note that there is only 1 bathroom. Washing machine, kitchen, and small outdoor deck all nice touches. Great area for tourists, 5 min walk from Sagrada Familia and the metro stop, which we used all the time. Host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations.

Мы арендовали квартиру в январе, квартира тёплая, уютная, чистая, в кухне есть все необходимое, нас было 6: 4 взрослых, 2 ребёнка, места было достаточно для большой компании. Пользовались электронным ключом в первый раз, это было очень удобно, главное следить, чтобы телефон был всегда заряжен, у нас с этим не было проблем, благодаря предыдущим отзывам. Хозяева предлагают и другие виды ключей. Квартира расположена в самом центре Барселоны, в паре кварталов от Саграда Фамилия. Очень красивый район, много кафешек и магазинов вблизи. 2 шикарных ресторана, которые нам очень понравились, в нескольких кварталах от жилья: это Японский ресторан Teppan-Ya, и ресторан La selva. Шикарная кухня и интерьер, средний чек примерно 50 евро на двоих. Первые несколько дней арендовали машину. Tra le tante proposte offerte da air b&b abbiamo subito scelto AB Apartment e non abbiamo sbagliato. A due passi dalla sagrada familia è atato il fulcro della nostra esperienza a Barcellona. Lo staff è sempre presente, disponibile e ti segue passo dopo passo dalla comunicazione al check-in/check-out. Se tornassi a Bacellona dicuramente sceglierei di nuovo loro
