This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the Sant Martí district. With WiFi and air conditioning available, it is the ideal place to spend a few days in the city of Barcelona....
The open-plan living-dining room is filled with natural light and is equipped with a sofa, Smart TV that can be adjusted to view from different angles and a dining table.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle, as well as other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.
The apartment features two bedrooms, both double and with sufficient storage space to store belongings. In the main bedroom, you will find a Queen-size bed, ensuring more comfort and relaxation after a long day exploring the city. It also has a desk, very useful for working. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, optimizing guest comfort. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and WC.
Located in the El Clot neighborhood, you will be just a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and one metro stop from the well-known Mercat dels Encants. Near the apartment, you will also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and local shops.

Das Apartment war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch Kleinigkeiten, die sonst anderswo oft nerven weil sie versagen, funktionierten wie z.B. das beim Duschen unmittelbar warmes Wasser kommt oder das die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ihren Dienst tadellos versieht oder das die Küchengeräte allesamt in Ordnung sind. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Sehr gut in Barcelonas Straßenschluchten: schallisolierende Fenster!
Das Haus war auch insgesamt ruhig, was man in der Stadt oft nicht antrifft. Die Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants und Cafes sind in unmitelbarer Nähe, U-Bahn-Stationen ebenfalls. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt auch zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Excellent location, nice and quiet inside with some great eateries nearby. Metro close, but walkable to the main station and the Latin quarter too.
We were on the top floor which is a bit of a slog on the stairs if the 3 to 4 person lift is busy , couch comfy but we found the bed quite firm.
Was really nice, but it was expensive. I’m thinking Barcelona just is when it comes to accommodation.
Ultimately, we loved Barcelona and would go back in a heartbeat.
