Description

This is a fantastic beach apartment in Barcelona, perfect for those looking to stay close to the shores of the Med. It is located just steps from the Barceloneta beach, while remaining close to all the sights in the city by public transport or on foot. It is surrounded by popular restaurants and is just a short walk from some of the best nightlife in the city.... 

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building making access very easy. It has one bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed. The bathroom and kitchen both have recently renovated fixtures and fittings and there is a sofa and TV for your comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons and to ensure the safety of our guests, the apartment is equipped with security cameras in the living room and bedroom.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. contrary to what I had read on the internet reviews I found a very clean and comfortable apartment! there was a welcome kit with tea and coffee, another welcome kit for cleaning the apartment with dishwasher tablets, sponges, dishwashing liquid and even detergent for washing clothes by hand. I can only confirm that the apartment is a bit noisy because it is on the first floor on a busy road, better to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

We had an amazing time in Barcelona and the airbnb really topped it off! It was a large space with a lovely outdoor area and two balconies. The kitchen was small but had everything we required, even a washing machine which came in handy. The beds were very comfy/clean and the wardrobe space was great, they even provided lots of hangers. I would recommend anyone this airbnb if they are staying in Barcelona, as everything is around only a 15minutes walk!! Thankyou

Réactifs, prévenants et sympathiques, AB on été joignables tout au long du séjour. La location s'est faite complètement à distance et de façon simple. Les règles fixées sont claires et précises : respect du voisinage et savoir-vivre (qui sont une base en soi). Le logement est très bien situé et a proximité du centre de Barcelone, marchez quelques minutes et vous êtes aux Ramblas, à la Sagrada Familia ou à la Casa Batlló. Spacieux bien équipé et avec des pièces bien séparés, on peut passer un moment convivial dans le salon à plusieurs ou bien être à l'écart du bruit dans sa chambre. La grande terrasse extérieure est parfaite pour profiter du soleil ! Le système de carte électronique permet de pouvoir ouvrir et fermer le logement sans se soucier de perdre les clés lors d'un transit. Que ce soit pour un weekend ou un séjour prolongé, je recommande grandement AB qui sont des hôtes extra !

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. You will be reimbursed the full amount paid. After this time, the amount paid will not be reimbursed.
The amount paid will not be refunded. However, you can use the prepayment for a future reservation up to a year after the original check-in date. If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival (15:00 local time) or do not show up, you will not be able to use the prepayment.
We intensify cleaning of all our apartments, as well as the hygiene measures taken by our personnel. After every departure, we completely clean and disinfect each apartment.
