It is located just a few minutes from Barceloneta Beach and offers an excellent location for anyone looking to escape during the spring or summer months to enjoy a beach getaway. As a modern apartment, it fulfills the desire for a large social space with the living-dining room connected to the kitchen. This area receives plenty of natural light from its own balcony. In addition, the apartment’s character is complemented by white walls and exposed brickwork, which contrast with the modern décor in a traditional building that fits perfectly.
In the living room, you can relax and enjoy the TV or have a meal at the four-seater dining table. You can also enjoy homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and kettle. Moreover, the washing machine allows you to feel right at home.
The double bedroom is separated from the social area by sliding doors, giving you some privacy from the rest of the apartment. Here, you will find a double bed in a very spacious room that offers plenty of storage for your belongings. The decoration maintains the bright and traditional feel with black and white tones throughout. The bathroom is also contemporary and clean, featuring a modern version of the brickwork seen in the large walk-in shower.
As for the location, this wonderful apartment is only two minutes’ walk from Barceloneta Beach, ideal for beach lovers. In about 15 minutes, you can reach the Parc de la Ciutadella, one of the city’s many green spaces with a lake and even the Barcelona Zoo. For culture, we recommend visiting the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, only 15 minutes away on foot — and it’s free! Besides that, you’ll be just 9 minutes’ walk from the Barceloneta Metro station.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
