This two-bedroom apartment is found in the lovely, beach neighbourhood of Barceloneta. Complete with a balcony with sea views, and air conditioning & heating, you will feel at home straight away here.
In the open living-kitchen, there is lots of natural light, accompanied by the sleek, modern furnishings throughout. You will have the sofa and television to relax on after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, and even a washing machine, ready for you to settle as soon as you arrive.
The first bedroom has a double bed complete with a large wardrobe and mirror, while the second has a single bed and a bedside table. Both are ultra modern and comfortable, again with lots of natural light which give a spacious feel. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Barceloneta offers the best spot for beach-lovers, and for access to the rest of the city. The apartment is less than a minutes walk to the Sant Miquel Beach, making it so easy to watch the sunset every evening. For a stroll around the Parc de la Ciutadella you are only a 11 minute journey away by transport. If you want to take the breathtaking cable car up to Montjuïc, the port is only 8 minutes walk away too.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
