The open space offers a television above the dining table for you and other guests to enjoy watching whilst having a home-cooked meal. Another thing to note in the living room is that there is storage space above and behind the sofa for you to make the most of when visiting with your belongings. Lastly, the layout of the living area may be fairly compact, nonetheless, it is a bright space and has everything needed to have a great stay in Barcelona.
Next, the open-plan kitchen reflects the bright interior of the flat. With bright kitchen units, this provides a compact space to cook in evenings after a day at Barceloneta Beach. You can then enjoy your mealtimes sat out on the balcony that gives you a great view of the beach, ideal for sunsets.
The large bedroom continues the modern feel of the apartment, with lots of cream, yellow, white and grey furniture that complement the space as a whole. With lots of natural light and sliding wardrobe doorsyou will not lack space for your belongings here, in this bright space. With a double bed the space is ideal for up to two people. The bathroom is a very bright space and offers a large walk in shower that completes this sleek and modern apartment, which give off a homely feel that runs throughout.

If you´re into history, you are a 15 minutes’ walk from the iconic Santa María del Mar Cathedral, known for its maritime history. Lastly, you are a 16 minute walk from Parc de la Ciutadella and the zoo, showing how well located this place is for days out.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city....
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
