This modern apartment situated in the heart of the Barceloneta beachside neighbourhood is just steps from the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for those wanting to enjoy Barcelona’s best quality. Surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and activities, the apartment’s location offers plenty to do. It’s walking distance from Ciutadella Park, the Old Town and city centre, as well as Barceloneta metro station, giving great access to the rest of the city. The apartment, available for long-term rentals, features modern décor in neutral colours, whilst maintaining authentic roof tiles, typical of Barcelona architecture.... 

The bedroom contains a double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe and the bathroom features a modern glass shower and plenty of storage. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a large glass door that opens out onto a private balcony. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table before relaxing on the large corner sofa in front of the television.

The apartment contains a large fridge freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and internet, as well as air conditioning and heating, making it an ideal choice for any time of year.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

Siamo stati molto bene nell’appartamento. Posizione ottima. Ben servita da Enzo e negozi. Vicinissima al mare. Eravamo in 5 e gli spazi erano più che sufficienti. La casa era abbastanza pulita. Un po’ trascurata: porta del bagno sciupata, persiane rotte, poltroncina con gamba staccata, il televisore con i canali non programmabili. La cucina dispone dell’ indispensabile, il cavatappi l’abbiamo dovuto comprare perché quello che abbiamo trovato lì era rotto. Comunque consiglio questa casa.

Schönes Appartement. Es liegt wie beschrieben in der Nähe des Strandes und nahe einer Metrostation. Drum herum gibt es einige Bars und Restaurants. Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig und ist umgeben von multikulturellen Nachbarn. Wir fanden es nicht störend. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte jedoch Ohrstöpsel benutzen. Diese wurden sogar vom Anbieter im Apartment ausgelegt. Der Support vom Anbieter war super. Daher gerne wieder.

Great apartment. A lot of space, good location. 25 mins from airport and 15 mins from most important places in the city. Metro station 5 min walk down the road. Plenty of restaurants and bars in local neighbourhood. I think the apartment is priced fairly.
