This contemporary one-bedroom apartment has space for up to 2 guests. With all the commodities you need to have a comfortable stay, you can use the central heating and air-conditioning to make sure the temperature of the apartment is optimum for you. As well as this, you have WiFi.... 

The open living area gives you space to relax and cook in the same place. With a bright interior, the new furnishings show how recently refurbished the apartment is. With a T.V. and sofa, to enjoy after a day of exploring the city. There is the dining table, where you can enjoy your meals.

In the same space, there is the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in the apartment. With a toaster, oven and microwave you will be able to prepare all your meals.

The double bedroom continues the modern feel of the apartment. With bedside tables and natural light, you will quickly settle into this apartment in Barcelona. Next to the bedroom is the complete en-suite, which has also been recently completed, with tile finishing.

The location of the apartment is ideal for anyone wanting to stay by the beach in Barcelona, with the Barceloneta Beach just a 2-minute walk away. This area has plenty of great bars and restaurants and the Barceloneta Food Market is less than a five minute walk away from the apartment. Towards the centre, just a 15-minute walk away you will find the Santa Maria del Mar, a historic basilica found in El Born. If you are looking for a green space, there is the Parc de la Ciutadella, which is just a 17-minute walk away.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung am Rande vom Zentrum auf einem „Berg“ von Barcelona, etwa 20-30 Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Super schöne Aussicht, wenn man da mit den ÖPNV oder Zufuß runter in die Stadt möchte. Die ÖPNV mit Verbindungen in alle Richtungen sind in naher Umgebung ( Max 3-5 min). Ein Fernseher und Balkon bieten Abends die gewisse Entspannung, nach welcher man nach einem Tag sehnt. In dieser Wohnung könnt ihr euch wir ihr wollt in der Küche austoben, denn für alles ist gesorgt: Herd, Töpfe, Zubehör,Pfannen, Messer, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung war soweit sauber und wir waren mit der Ordnung zufrieden als wir angekommen sind.

Elegí este apartamento para el viaje de unas amigas. Quería enseñarles Barcelona desde otra perspectiva. Su ubicación en El Carmel era ideal para recorrer Barcelona de arriba abajo caminando, hasta llegar al puerto el segundo día, viendo muchas cosas por el camino (Park Güell, Casa Vicens, Gràcia, Paseo de Gràcia, Gótic, el puerto...) sin tener que coger un taxi porque todo es cuesta abajo y lo que nos apetecía a nosotras era ir andando. El apartamento es más que correcto, muy limpio, con terraza, los baños están muy bien, y con una relación calildad/precio excelente.

Lovely apartment in a nice, quiet area. Everything was really clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in ran smoothly. Overall, we we're very happy with our few days here and we would recommend it to other families.
