This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located in the lovely Barceloneta neighbourhood of Barcelona, situated amongst many beaches that are lined with bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as being a ten minute walk from the city centre. This apartment is the ideal choice for couples or families and can accommodate up to three people.... 

This cozy apartment welcomes you upon arrival with a mix of modern and traditional elements. The classic brick design, parquet flooring and white walls all add to the ambience of a this rustic apartment. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. An Internet connection is also available, making it easy to stay connected.

The kitchen, though compact, is well equipped allowing you to create your very own home-cooked meals.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The apartment has one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This charming apartment, complete with heaters, air-conditioning and access to a balcony, is the perfect living space at any time of year!

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

TB emplacement place d'espagne connecté à tous les bus, métro, et TB pour les excursions à pieds. l'appartement est propre et spacieux. Quand vous arrivez de l'aéroport (navettes par bus en contunu, jours et nuits), vous vous rendez dans une agence à 15 minutes de marche de l'appartement pour venir chercher les clés. TB accueil et ouvert jusqu'à minuit. En partant, on laisse els clés à l'intérieur et on claque la porte : très pratique.

We enjoyed our stay in the AB apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washer and dryer which was useful for our week long stay. You can walk to the metro and bus stop in two minutes and, from there, can access the airport, beach, Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, etc.
