This one-room apartment offers convenience and comfort to spend a time in Barcelona. The ceilings have been carefully restored maintaining the original typical Mediterranean structure. From its small balcony you can relax watching life in the La Barceloneta neighborhood, from here natural light enters the room. Here you will find a sofa-bed and a dining table.... 

In an area separated by a partition there is a double bed and storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.

La Barceloneta is a unique area that unites the tradition of the old fishing district with a renewed spirit of modernity. Here you can enjoy the beaches, as well as restaurants and tapas bars.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

Nothing but good things to say!! Host allowed us to check in early, and responded quickly. Space was clean and we were provided with cleaning supplies which was helpful since we stayed over a week. It was a nice airbnb but just the essentials. It was great for our trip since we spent so little time in the apartment anyways. Great neighborhood and close to public transit. You’re a bit further out from where the action is, but that was preferable for us as we wanted a quieter neighborhood. Because you’re close to public transit, it’s easy to get to the main tourist attractions. Restaurants were great in the area, lots of yummy tapas and breakfast spots nearby.

Wir sind sehr spät (nach Mitternacht) am Apartment angekommen. Es war vereinbart, dass wir telefonisch über eine 24h-Service AB informieren und ein Mitarbeiter mit Schlüssel zum Apartment kommt. Das hat auch geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit AB ist sehr gut und schnell. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Das Apartment ist gut. Besonders die 2 Duschen und 2 WCs sind sehr gut. Die restliche Ausstattung ist ok. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Vieles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen. Die nächste Metro ist ca. 400 m entfernt.

Very easy to book and and find apartment. The AC was awesome after traveling for weeks with no AC. It was very spacious and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. They were responsive and helpful!

Apartamento amplio, bien situado al lado del hospital clínico, en un buen edificio con portero, cómodo y con una reforma reciente. Está realmente nuevo. Para ir con niños pequeños, mucho mejor opción que cualquier hotel.

No hay armarios cerrados, sólo unas baldas de Ikea con percheros, en los baños un par de juegos de geles de baño de cortesía, el papel higiénico justito, y si se acaba al preguntar por teléfono si en algún sitio había repuesto, me dijeron literalmente que "corre a cargo del huésped". Si no es por el coste económico, que es nimio, es porque es incómodo para 3 días de estancia tener que andar yendo al supermercado a comprar papel. Deberían de cuidar más esos detalles. Qué menos que un rollo de repuesto en cada baño, más que nada por evitar "imprevistos"…

Ci siamo trovati bene. Appartamento in posizione centrale con possibilità ( se si ama camminare) di spostamenti anche a piedi per raggiungere la Sagrada Familia, fontana magica, Rambla, parc de la Ciutadella, etc. Anche i figli ( cosa non usuale) sono rimasti soddisfatti.

We recommend barcelona apartments if you want to have some nice holidays without any troubles. And even more beside our pleasant stay, we have also won 4 tickets to a Catalunyan show which was a great and very energetic show. The apartment we have rent was exactly as described, it was newly furnished, tv, completely equiped kitchen, etc. The only negative thing about it, was the cleaning fee which seemed to us a little too big just to receive the apartment clean. But per total we have been really pleased about our staying in Barcelona.
