In the open living-diner there is a bright & modern feel, thanks to the clean, white décor and furnishings. You will have the sofa and coffee table to use to relax, the sofa also converts into a double sofa-bed. Next to this space, you have your petite dining table to eat your meals upon.
In terms of cooking in the apartment, you have your newly refurbished kitchen, which comes complete with a hob, fridge-freezer & pots and pans. Additionally, there is lots of storage space for your items here too.
The bedroom has a double bed, complete with bedding to make your stay easier. There are stylish spotlights over the headboard, and a beautiful traditional Catalan style ceiling design, to contrast the modern furnishings. The en-suite bathroom is next to your bedroom, complete with shower, and again furnished to the same excellent, modern standard as the rest of this apartment.
Being located in Barceloneta is an excellent spot in Barcelona for your stay. Barceloneta is the city´s beach neighbourhood, so you are just 5 minute´s walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants that line it. For some fresh air in nature, you are just 3 minute´s walk from the Barceloneta Park and 18 minute´s walk from the Parc de la Ciutadella. For shopping, you are just 1 minute´s walk away from both the Lidl Supermarket and Barceloneta Market, as well as being 15-minute´s walk from the Maremagnum Shopping Centre, which is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. For access to the rest of the city, the Barceloneta Metro is just 7-minute´s walk away too.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
