This wonderful and bright apartment is located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Barcelona, Eixample, it finds itself situated only at ten minute walk from La Pedrera and fifteen minutes from La Sagrada Familia. Boasting two metro stations under a five minute walk, which connects you as easily to the centre of Barcelona as its’ amazing beaches. Without a doubt, it is a perfect location to visit the whole city at your leisure. This welcoming apartment is of modern and fashionable design and offers a spacious balcony where you can see sunset whilst eating and enjoying a glass of wine, as well as having air conditioning and WiFi. ... 

There are two bathrooms in this property. In addition, the living room is open-plan and has a television, ideal to relax in after a day of travelling around Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The area of Eixample is an excellent choice to stay in Barcelona because it is one of the safest residential areas and where you can find most of the architectural works in style art noveau, as well as having a great number of shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Metro: Girona L4 (three minute walk), Tetuan (five minute walk).

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING: The apartment has SMOKE DETECTORS AND SOUNDMETERS, so it is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or exceed noise levels after 10pm to respect the rest of the neighbours. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. We visited Barcelona and stayed here for five days, and we absolutely loved it. The apartment was clean, in a great location, and offered a stunning view of the Sagrada Familia. It was just a five-minute walk to the metro, with a supermarket conveniently located across the street. The host was very responsive, and although we had a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved quickly. A special thanks to Giovanni for fixing the problem and sharing helpful tips about the city. The location and view are what make this apartment worth it. Watching the sunset over La Sagrada Familia from the balcony was insane! And we walked nearly everywhere from here - Park Guell, Gracia, Eixample. It’s easy to hail a taxi and there are usually a few waiting outside the Radisson across the street. The apartment itself was ok, no issues.

Hyggelig super central lejlighed, med fantastisk udsigt over sagrada familia fra den fantastiske terrasse. Selve lejligheden er pudsig, lille og perfekt til to personer. Fint badeværelse, fint soveværelse med rent og pænt sengetøj. Sengen er ikke helt optimal, den buer på midten som en hængekøje. Når vi sov to personer i sengen, endte vi med at glide ind i midten. Let indtjekning på et centralt placeret kontor, med meget fleksible åbningstider. Rigtig god kommunikation, da vores fly var forsinket, så vi måtte ændre vores tjek in tid. Svare hurtigt og venligt på alle henvendelser. Opgangen har både nr. 507 og 509 og har to elevatorer, vi brugte noget tid i den forkerte opgang, da det var den første elevator man får øje på når man kommer ind. Sørg for at tage den rigtige elevator. Desuden er der ikke noget der hedder 7. Sal, i stedet hedder etagen hver lejligheden ligger SA. Tak for et rigtigt dejligt ophold. Stedet anbefales.

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona! The neighborhood is very walkable, with a nice mix of local and more tourist-based businesses, plus several metro and bus stops within easy walking distance. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable, and has fast and reliable wifi. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings there. Also, the hosts are very friendly, prompt, and accurate in their communication.

Outstanding balcony. Wifi did not work, but was fixed very fast. We arrived at 10 am and expected the apartment to be available at 3 pm. But the apartment was ready and we got the keys immediately. This was very positive.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren großartig. Das Schlafzimmer ist im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. Toll ist, dass die Wohnung Fenster hat. Sogar das Bad hat ein Fenster. Man erreicht die Wohnung im 7. Stock mit einem bequemen Lift. Ein großer Flachbildfernseher ist vorhanden. . Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia bis hin zum Meer ist traumhaft.
