The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV and benefit from plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with showers and WCs.
The building features 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with accessible access for people with reduced mobility, and another for children, as well as a children´s playground, making it ideal for families. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 200 metres from Platja de la Mora, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There is also a gym located 300 metres from the apartment and a bus stop just a 5 minute walk away. Thanks to the area´s excellent public transport connections, you can reach the centre of Badalona in a short time. Using the Rodalies train (R1) or the bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal option for daily commuting.
The apartment includes a 12 m² parking space. In addition, there is the possibility of renting a 5.50 m² storage room, subject to availability. The cost of both is not included in the rental price.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings twice a month, coordinated by the customer service team and scheduled at times previously agreed with the tenant. Parking is available subject to availability and at an additional cost of €125 + VAT.

Staying in this zone, you will be perfectly connected to Barcelona by metro (L2) and train, reaching the center of the capital of Catalonia in just a few minutes.
